There has been information circulating amongst industry questioning the validity of NVDs that carry corrected and initialled mistakes.

To assist members the LRTAQ has sought clarification directly from Integrity Systems Company who manage the program.

Official advice from Integrity Systems Company
“If you make a mistake, ensure the change is legible and initialled and where possible confirm with the buyer that they will accept this amended NVD.”

NVDs that carry initialled mistakes are valid – as long as the correction is legible.
